As our products are handmade to order, please allow 2-3 working days to process all orders. Please be aware that during busy periods, it may take longer to process your order.
United Kingdom: All orders are posted 2nd Class via the Royal Mail and usually takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Please note, Free shipping is applied when orders equal £50 or more.
International: Orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and this can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Customs Fees: Please note, the buyer is responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. Starest Ltd (the seller) is not responsible for custom fees or any delays due to customs.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all products returned to us within 14 days of order provided they are in their original state, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been opened or used. Postage is non-refundable.

Please have your name and order number enclosed with the return package to help us process your refund swiftly. Refunds are made to your original payment method, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your refund.
We understand that products can sometimes get damaged in transit. If you receive your Starest products damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the products so we can arrange a replacement. Send us an email with the picture of the damaged products to allow us to process your replacement.
Our products are shipped in strong, white boxes which are 100% recyclable. We endeavor to minimise waste as much as possible, we therefore use recycled paper for our packaging chips which are also 100% recyclable.
